Amenities

While spending the night at Waggin’ Tails Resort, your pet will receive plenty of play, let-outs during the day and cuddles from staff! For their ultimate health and safety, your pet receives quiet time to sleep and eat in his/her own personal suite. If you bring siblings, please explain any eating habits or quirks they may have at home on our Check-In-Form.

Our experience tells us this is what’s best for your pet! If your pet has been through our preview and temperament testing for group play, they will be able to participate in the daycare program which is included in the nightly boarding fee.

Monday - Friday: 6:00AM – 12:00PM & 1:00PM - 6:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM – 12:00PM
Sunday: 2:00PM – 5:00PM
Our office is closed on all major holidays. Please check our Facebook or with our staff for office hours and rates as they may change.
We provide overnight stays 365 days a year!
*Please note: Our office is open until 6:30PM on weekdays. Dropping off 30 minutes prior to close ensures that our staff will have their feeding and suite available in a timely manner!

- $47 per night for small/medium suites (3'x4'x4')

- $50 per night for big suites (4'x6'x6')

- $70 per night for KENNEL FREE (800 square feet, limited availability only!)

*All terminal fees are 3% of your total. To avoid this fee, we also take cash or cheque!

10% discount for 10+ nights
5% discount for each additional pet
Monday - Friday: If guest(s) is staying past 11:00AM, a fee of $25 applies per pet. This is a discounted daycare (or one-on-one staff play) charge for the day.
Sunday: Includes a Sunday checkout fee of $25. You may use a Full-Day daycare pass to void this fee!
An additional $10 is added for all major holidays.
All vaccines (Rabies, Bordetella and Dis-Temper) must be current prior to arrival.

Belongings

They only need their food and leash! Let us take care of the rest to make one's travels a breeze.
We provide plenty of cots, beds, elevated feeders, slow feeders, toys, enrichment puzzles, Milkbones and more throughout their day!
*Please let our desk staff know if there are any allergies to foods at check-in.

Does your pet have attachments to items?
Don't hesitate to bring it along! We accept any belongings, however, bedding and toys may be an endangerment in a new environment! Toys are not to be left overnight or unsupervised with your pup, as this could lead to injury. Any bedding may become soiled or chewed, as well. If soiling or shredding is seen, we will accommodate to their preference. Please review our bedding waiver on our Check-in-Form to ensure your pet has a comfortable, relaxed and SAFE stay with us!

Medication

Our trained staff are obliged to have access of proper dosing to ensure your pet receives the care they deserve!
We must have all medications in its original container when you drop-off.
All syringes are to be brought in their original packaging with the correct amount (or more) per dosage!
We under-go OSHA approved disposal.
