While you’re at work or running errands , let your dog STAY and PLAY at Waggin’ Tails Resort in Peoria! Our caring staff members are excited about providing a special place for your dog to interact and socialize with other four-legged friends in a clean, supervised setting.  Whether your dog is large and energetic or small and timid, we’ll find the ideal play group for your pet’s temperament.

Our expansive facility features large (800 sq ft), separate indoor spaces, so your pet can run, play and socialize in the setting best for their personality. We have areas for large breeds, small breeds and for dogs who prefer a less active play group. Waggin’ Tails also offers spacious, outdoor areas featuring heated sidewalks and K-9 turf, designed to keep paws muddy-free.

We take pride in cleanliness, which is why Waggin’ Tails installed a state-of-the-art HVAC system with a high volume fresh air exchange that helps keep the facility clean and dry. You’ll notice our staff is detailed-oriented and insists on keeping the building sparkling and odor free.

 

Prior to enrollment, all of our new dogs must pass a FREE half-day temperament test. This will allow us to assess temperament and personality, so we can place your pet in the play group in which they’ll thrive.  Our staff also follows the Off-Leash Play Pet Center Safety Pledge which promotes safe, off-leash play programs that benefit dogs emotionally and behaviorally.

Do you have a non-social dog? No problem! We offer solutions for dogs with all kinds of personalities to receive the mental and physical stimulation that is so important. Your pet will receive one-on-one care throughout the day and can relax in a private suite.

Enrollment Requirements: 
- Vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella) must be current
- Dogs must be on flea/tick preventative
- We suggest that pups over 7 months old be spayed or neutered, but if

   your vet recommends waiting, or you choose not to, we will allow

   continued group play unless/until this causes issues in the group.
- Preview Intake form must be completed prior to scheduling your pup

   for our playgroup assessment.
- Playgroup assessment consists of a FREE half-day temperament test

 

Doggie Daycare Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

*But pups can be dropped and picked up anytime during our normal hours. We do take an hour lunch break/nap time each day.*
